Time is a very important commodity when u are a colleger, there simply never seem to be enough of it to go around. You will need to attend classes, study, complete homework assignments haa -.-, work on research, eat, sleep, perhaps hold down a part-time job , and maybe actually find to relax for a moment or two ( I hope).

If u manage ur time wisely, ull find that theres is enough time to do all these things. One valuable tool in time management is to monitor how u spend ur time for a week. I never do it exactly. Then, after u spend a week monitoring ur time, u can evaluate what u have done with ur time and learn to make the best use of it. during the week of personal time monitoring, u should divide each twenty-four hour day into some blocks, so each day has part blocks of time. I thought that would wrote down how i spend my free period. At the end of a week, i'll see just how much time i have spent productively and how much time i have not.

Tidak ada tanggal yang terlalu spesial bagi semua orang sekaligus,

Tapi semua orang setidaknya akan mengingat suatu tanggal tertentu di kalender mereka,

Anak sekolahan akan kegirangan jika tanggal di kalender mereka berwarna merah,

Pasangan muda melingkari tanggal mereka bersatu,

Seragam abu akan merasa waswas jika tanggal ujian mendekat,

Dan aku harus pulang ke rumah tepat waktu pada satu tanggal di antara 360-an tanggal lainnya,

Bukan karena ada dalil yang mewajibkan demikian,

Bukan untuk selamatan, apalagi perayaan,

Tapi peringatan,

Peringatan agar kita –kau dan aku- ingat,

Bahwa ada satu satuan yang hanya punya operasi tambah, dan memang selalu bertambah, serta tak bisa seenaknya kau ubah nilainya,

Kecuali mungkin kalau kau berhasil mengubah laci meja menjadi mesin waktu, maka aku harus buru-buru merevisi tulisan ini.

Tapi, biarlah apa adanya.

Karena toh yang lalu-lalu akan hilang lama-lama.

Hanya saja kalau bisa, aku ingin agar ada satu hak cipta unik yang didaftarkan untuk setiap doa yang kau layangkan,

Supaya pun hari ini telah lewat, dan matahari yang baru akan muncul satu demi satu,

Aku tetap bisa mengingat bahwa secara teoretis aku harus membayar 3 satuan terima kasih untuk bisa mengklaim doa-doa itu.

Intinya, thanks a ton for the day, siapapun ‘kau’ itu, dan apapun ‘aku’ ini.

 Often people use term personality as an easy way of explaining person’s behavior.

Someone says that “she is a good saleswoman because she is extrovert or my uncle is hard to get along with cause he has an authoritarian personality”.

Actually the concept of personality doesn’t explain anything bout the person’s behavior. Instead, the concept of personality is descriptive one. It relates to specific behavioral traits of an individual.

It describes the individual’s specific adoption to his or her cultural surroundings.

We might define personality as the basic organization of people that determines the uniqueness of their interaction with themselves, with other and with nohuman aspect s of their environment.

The basic organization refers to structure of personality how it is put together and the relationships among the various parts, it concerns the total physical , intellectual, and imotional structure of the individual.

The personality structure determines the uniqueness of the individual’s interaction. Now two personalities are alike.

All persons have their own way of interacting with themselves and with their environment and the way they interact with others.

Human interaction always brings bout some change in the individual. This change takes place very slowly. It is generally not noticeable from day to day.

Nevertheless the personality is charging constantly

Personalities do not all charge at the same rate. For ex, the child change very rapidly in both physical and intellectual aspects of personality.

However  every personality undergoes constant, gradual change as the individual interacts with the others

The personality of individual their basic organization is blending of all the factors present in their particular social situation with whatever traits they inherit biologically.
